Clubily vs OneClub: which app for collecting club dues?

Clubily vs OneClub compared: dues collection (gateway, billing, unpaid fees), pricing and features, so you can pick the right sports club management app.

In the Clubily vs OneClub comparison, the key difference is focus: OneClub is software built around the club's money (collecting dues by card and SEPA direct debit, automatic retries, one bill per family and treasury), while Clubily is a full sports club management app that collects dues through Stripe, tracks unpaid fees and also runs the sporting side: calendar, call-ups, matches, stats, chats and live streaming. If collecting money is your only headache, OneClub is finely tuned for it; if you want to collect dues and run the whole club from one app, Clubily is the better fit.

A quick note: several organisations go by "OneClub". This article compares OneClub at oneclubapp.com, the sports club management software that works with clubs in Spain, not The One Club for Creativity (oneclub.org), an advertising and design organisation based in New York. OneClub's details come from its official website, checked in October 2026, with its Capterra listing as a secondary source.

What are OneClub and Clubily?

According to its official website, OneClub uses the tagline "El dinero del club, claro" ("The club's money, made clear") and focuses on members, dues, online registration, treasury, ticket and season-pass sales, and facility bookings. It says more than 150 clubs across Spain use it. It has iOS and Android apps plus web access, and its coach portal covers attendance and match stats.

Clubily is a Spanish company based in Madrid, built by club people for club people. It brings users, teams, players, coaches and finances together in one dashboard, then adds the sporting side: calendars, call-ups, training sessions, matches, player and team stats, live streaming, an AI tactics board, chats and club news. It runs on iOS and as a web app in any browser (including on Android phones), and it is available in English, Spanish, French, German and Italian.

Which is the better app to collect club dues?

This is OneClub's home turf. According to its official website:

  • It collects monthly, quarterly or annual dues by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or SEPA direct debit. Payments are processed with Stripe and the money goes straight into the club's bank account.
  • If a payment fails, it retries 3 times over the next 7 days, then emails the member a link to update their payment method.
  • It groups siblings' fees into a single family account and a single bill, with one-click sibling or annual-payment discounts.
  • It issues an invoice for every payment with sequential numbering and VAT, and handles digital SEPA mandates.
  • Alternatively, a club can connect its own bank's Redsys card terminal, although that option has no automatic monthly charge, no SEPA and no automatic retries.

Clubily collects dues too: member fees and payments run through Stripe, and the dashboard shows who has paid and who is behind, with invoices and payments handled without spreadsheets. Players can be imported from a CSV file and you can roll over to a new season without starting from scratch. The difference is that in Clubily, collecting dues is one part of the club app rather than the centre of everything. How much does each one cost?

According to OneClub's pricing page (checked in October 2026), the team sports plan costs €49/month plus 3% per payment (minimum €0.35) using its own payment gateway, or €89/month with no OneClub commission if you connect your bank's Redsys terminal, plus a €300 set-up fee. For sports centres and schools it is €99/month + 3%, or €165/month with Redsys. Prices exclude VAT, there is no minimum term and the price does not depend on the number of teams, players or members. Capterra lists the same €49/month starting price.

Clubily charges per team: the Team plan costs €9.99/month (or €99.99/year) for one team with unlimited members, and the Club plan covers 2 to 50 teams from €17.98/month: €8.99 per team for the first two and €7.99 per team from the third. Paying annually saves around 17%, and you can cancel at any time. Live matches (€20/month), chats (€10/month) and replays (€10/month) are optional add-ons.

In practice, a 6-team club pays €49.94/month with Clubily (2 × €8.99 + 4 × €7.99), almost the same as OneClub's flat fee, and a 10-team club pays €81.90/month. Beyond that, OneClub's flat rate is cheaper on subscription alone, although you need to add 3% of every payment or switch to the Redsys option. For a single team, Clubily Team is clearly the cheaper choice.

When should you choose OneClub, and when Clubily?

OneClub is the better fit if:

  • Collecting money is your top priority: SEPA direct debit, automatic retries and payment links for failed charges.
  • Many of your families have several children and you want one bill per family.
  • You sell tickets and season passes, or rent out courts and pitches.
  • Your families need a native Android app.
  • You run lots of teams and prefer a flat fee that doesn't grow with them.

Clubily, as an alternative to OneClub, is the better fit if:

  • You want dues collection in the same app as the calendar, call-ups, matches and chats.
  • Your coaches need line-ups, player stats, PDF reports and an AI tactics board.
  • You want to stream matches live and keep replays for families.
  • You are a single team or a small club and prefer to pay per team, from €9.99/month.
  • You want to self-fund through an official shop, sponsors and ad space in an app with your club's branding (Personalised plan).
